About the Position:
As an Strategic Project Manager (IT Client Integration Leader), you will own the management, coordination, and oversight of new client onboarding engagements. You will lead onboarding engagements to coordinate and execute all onboarding tasks and information gathering sessions. You will guide and influence client and internal GadellNet stakeholders to ensure thorough, timely and robust onboarding experiences. You will set the tone for a clients’ relationship with GadellNet.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful and comprehensive onboarding of new clients-identify technical risks, manage exceptions, provide consultative guidance for resolution
- Direct internal team members, client stakeholders, and third-parties to ensure a clear understanding of scope, timelines and budget requirements
- Deliver accountability for internal and external stakeholders through clarity of requirements and direct/candid messaging
- Manage client and vendor expectations, project timelines, deliverables, and activities.
- Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in the onboarding process
- Be a leader in what/how GadellNet positions and sells our services, how those services align to customer needs, and provide support to AM/Sales Team to manage opportunities
- Manage, communicate, and address operational risks and security concerns that do not meet GadellNet best practices (through what medium?)
- Develop and maintain standards and process documentation to support the growth and scale of this function/team
- Lead initial communications with client to deliver superior on-boarding experience
