Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Conduct sales transactions and process payments accurately - Maintain knowledge of current inventory and ensure proper inventory control - Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience - Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets - Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure sales - Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement sales strategies Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer interactions - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive and personalized experience - Proven sales experience with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets - Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customer base - Knowledge of automotive repair and vehicle maintenance is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting - Sales management skills to lead a team and drive sales performance Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
