Summary
Your role in our mission
- Image, troubleshooting, and configuring laptops, Windows 10/11
- Assists customers in resolving break/fix tickets for laptops
- Processing returns, processing new hire laptop request.
- Includes shipping and receiving.
- Maintaining/updating asset inventory in ServiceNow
- Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes customer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are resolved appropriately.
What we're looking for
- One or more years of technical training in computer and customer support
- One or more years of Windows 10/11 preferred
- One or more years’ experience with using ServiceNow preferred
- Experience working with company products and operating systems
- Experience with solving computer-related problems and company escalation policy

Candidate must be located in Irving, Texas
Office environment - Onsite at our Irving, Texas office location
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $29,100.00 - $41,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
