You would be responsible for providing our operations team with ongoing leadership and training. Multi-unit experience in a distribution environment is a plus. You will ensure an extraordinary customer experience at all times, ensure the operations team is knowledgeable about company/store communications and delivers customer service and quality installation in a timely manner. Ensure transfers and all jobs are completed to company standards timely.

· Must be familiar with and knowledgeable about how to service products properly and efficiently from various manufacturers.
· Must have basic electrical and Plumbing knowledge.
· Must demonstrate leadership ability to effectively supervise a crew of technicians in multiple locations.
· Must be able to train and mentor technicians.
· Provide high quality control by ensuring that all products are serviced correctly according to Galaxy standards and that customers are satisfied.
· Must be mechanically inclined and passionate about hands-on learning.
· Must be agile and work to solve problems within time constraints.
· Must be willing to work irregular hours and extended shifts as needed.
· Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises Service Technicians in multiple locations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Communicate with manufacturers on product updates and issues.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Education & Experience:

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
