Description:Summary: Responsible for working one-on-one with customers to provide exceptional service and a highly-engaged sales experience; being the first point of contact with customers and here to guide them through the purchase of their new hot tub or pool; work one-on-one with customers to uncover their needs and wants in a premium brand spa, all the way from picking the perfect model for their backyard to exceptional after-sales service for many years to come. Provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business; help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend products; maintain a positive attitude and the ability to ensure customers leave our store satisfied is of utmost importance by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides friendly professional customer service.*
  • Treats all our current and potential customers is a professional courteous manner.*
  • Sells and promotes all products which include Hot Tubs, Swim Spas and Saunas.*
  • Effectively work sales, follow up and lead procedures*
  • Closes sales the first time; we are looking for an aggressive but professional closer.*
  • Greets and directs customers.*
  • Provides accurate information about specific products and services.*
  • Cross sells.*
  • Meets sales goals and quotas.*
  • Stays up to date with new products, services and direct competitors.*
  • Understands the retail sales process.*
  • Establish familiarity with consumer behavior.*
  • Takes emails, phone calls texts for all hot tub, retail water care/parts inquiries.*
  • Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.*
  • Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.*
  • Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services to new and existing customers.*
  • Ensures that all required customer paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.*
  • Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings.*
  • Attends scheduled site surveys with customers at customer's home.*
  • Records customers’ names and information in the CRM software for future follow up to share upcoming events and promotions.*
  • Keeps the customer experience quick, easy and fun while helping customers uncover great deals.*

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Storis.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
