Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement changes to the network infrastructure in a controlled and planned manner.
Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and resource availability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
Act as a point of contact for Level-1 support technicians, offering guidance and expertise in troubleshooting.
Investigate and resolve network-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Perform root cause analysis for incidents related to Nokia routers and implement preventive
measures.
Document incident details, actions taken, and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
Conduct routine maintenance activities, including firmware upgrades, patch management, and
system optimizations.
Generic Managerial Skills Act as a point of contact for Level-1 support technicians, offering guidance and expertise in troubleshooting.
