Job Description Implement Supply Chain Planning & Operations plans, processes and policies to support activities across multiple supply chain families or develop/implement plans that optimize the supply chain process. Career Stream Tasks - Implement Supply Chain Planning & Operations plans, processes and policies to support activities across multiple supply chain families or develop/implement plans that optimize the supply chain process - Contribute to developing management plans and policies to meet business needs - Track the alignment of the Supply Chain Planning & Operations activities and reconcile any deviation from plans and processes - Implement and execute Supply Chain Planning & Operations processes and policies through ongoing Supply Chain Planning & Operations support and solutions across multiple supply chain families or develop/implement plans that optimize the supply chain process - Implement, execute and maintain the programs and policies addressing capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals - Contribute to the development and administration of all processes related to Supply Chain Planning & Operations programs and policies - Collaborate other activities of Supply Chain Planning & Operations like customer inventory planning, cargo planning, and plans to improve logistics service center operations to support the employees at Galderma - Participate in driving transformation and change of Supply Chain Planning & Operations practices Differentiator - Apply broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education or formal training in theories/concepts in own function - Individual contributor whose work is closely supervised - Completes activities or fulfils targets / assigned tasks according to specific standards and guidelines - Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex Management Responsibility - Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others Stakeholders - Explain facts, policies and practices related to job area from established procedures or formal training - Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own job area - Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge Experience Level Less than 2 years Education Level Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
