Position Summary:
Under general supervision, analyzes, prepares, and finalizes moderately complex sales contracts for execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interacts with account management, sales, finance, and legal staff.
- Applies intermediate skills to the position.
- Adapts procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.
- May serve as a resource to others in obtaining the resolution of complex contract problems and issues.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Required:
- Bachelors degree, or the equivalent, and minimum of 3 years of previous industry experience required.

- Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
