WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Galls, LLC is searching for an HRIS Analyst to support our rapidly growing business. Given the expansion of the business, this role is ideal for someone who has very strong HRIS systems skills and wants to put their fingerprints on a well-established company by identifying and analyzing trends and proposing actions that can positively impact the employee lifecycle and organizational growth. Critical to success in this role will be exceptional experience with best-in-class HR systems that include ATS, LMS, Payroll, and data modules. The Galls' organization is comprised of 1,500 employees across the US in over 80 locations and growing. This position will report to the Director of HR Operations.
  • Consulting with HR management and other departments to determine HRIS needs
  • Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues
  • Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns and compiling data analysis reports
  • Perform application upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
  • Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
  • Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries
  • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data
  • Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required
  • Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role (ADP experience preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support and train staff
  • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
  • Experience with M&A integrations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an HRIS Analys
  • Experience in smaller, fast-paced businesses is a plus
  • Good written and verbal communication skill
  • High energy self-starter
  • Excellent relationship builder
