Junior Cost Analyst - Associate - Northern, VA
Remote - Hybrid (Client meetings)
Conducts quantitative analysis using operations research tools, economics, and other quantitative techniques in the areas of procedural implementations and performance issues. Supports the development of investment analysis activities, including market survey, cost analysis, benefits analysis, risk analysis, economic analysis, requirements definition, schedule development, and tradeoff studies.
Job Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship Required
Ability to obtain a secret level security clearance (a current clearance desired)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 to 4 years of experience (Substitutions: One year of education equals 1.5 years of experience. Master's Degree is equal to 3 years of experience.)
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in cost estimation or analysis, with a preference for experience in IT, cyber security, or defense sectors.
- 1 to 4 years in government acquisition experience and knowledge of Federal contract requirements, cost estimating, and cost analysis.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software.
- Demonstrated skill in creating and maintaining databases and working with spreadsheets and complex models.
- Familiarity with cost estimation software and IT and defense industries.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
