Operations Analyst 3
Positions Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Duration: One - Six months
- Wage: $29.01/HR
- Location: Salem, Oregon
Job Duties may include:
- Processing incoming service requests for system access
- Evaluating the requirements of requests
- Researching history of customer interactions
- Creating service request tickets
- Fulfilling, logging, communicating, and assisting customers in the updating of their system access
- Updating procedure documentation
- Follow all policies, rules, and processes of OHA/DHS, OIS, and the procedures of the OIS ID and Access Team
- Use best judgement to safeguard information and system security during the performance of their duties
Requirements:
- Experience in researching, interpreting, and applying statutes, rules and policies
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Work in an organized and detail-oriented manner.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Outlook
- Ability to navigate “gray areas” and take direction well from high level executives
- Excellent writing skills
- Analytical and technical writing skills
- Extensive use of database systems
- 18 years of age or older
- Participate in a criminal background check
