We are seeking a driven and ambitious Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This position will be based out of our office in Tulsa, OK. Galt Foundation's Staffing Coordinators are responsible for being the critical bridge between our workforce and our clients. Our Staffing team ensures that our clients' needs are met and ensure that our workforce is performing at optimal level.
YOUR ROLE:
- Receiving client orders
- Recruiting
- Various Screenings
- Interviews
- Conducting reference checks
- Making offers
- Attending/Hosting hiring events
- All other aspects of the employment process

YOUR SKILLS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dynamic personality/energy
- Attention to detail
- Associate degree in Business or Human Resources and/or relevant experience preferred
- 1 year of recruiting experience
- Reliable transportation & ability for occasional day travel for hiring events
