Yard Manager / Delivery Driver

Duties:

- Lead storage container delivery driver (non-CDL); shared duties with PT drivers

- Load and prepare storage containers for delivery to customers using telehandler
- Offload containers from hotshot trailers as scheduled

- Organize containers in yard to be accessible for walk-in sales and delivery

- Inspect each container for damage upon arrival

- Remove lock tags and brackets from container doors when needed

- Assist with sales, marketing, office duties and customer service

- Follow DOT truck and trailer pre/post trip inspection for deliveries and maintenance (company provided training)
- Follow maintenance schedule for delivery truck/trailer (fluids, tires etc.)
- Light maintenance on truck/trailer (fluid changes, wipers, batteries, lights etc.)

- Ability to adapt to occasional unforseen challenges and changing priorities

Experience:
- Prior experience as a Yard Manager and/or Delivery Driver or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and co-workers

- Excellent customer service skills

- Team player

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license

- Health card (company provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Legally able to work within US
