Payroll Administrator

Overview

JOB SUMMARY

The Payroll Administrator will have a range of duties within the finance department including tasks related to maintaining and updating payroll records and assisting Game One team members with payroll inquiries. This is a great role for someone who has foundational payroll and knowledge and is looking for the next step into a company that provides room for growth.

JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and tax codes due to change of address.
• Prepare upload templates for additional payments such as commission and incentives.
• Process payroll for 600 team members in multiple states for bi-weekly and semi-monthly pay cycles.
• Ensure accurate transfer of data to retirement plan and other benefit providers each payroll.
• Reconcile payroll deductions for team member purchases and communicate payments to the appropriate accounting department.
• Audit payroll system for profile data errors.
• Serve as a resource for team members with payroll questions.
• Protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Strong Excel skills required, including formulas.
