GameBreaker, an Inc. 5000 fastest growing company, is a sports manufacturing company that specializes in protective wear, as well as fully custom uniforms & apparel. We work with multiple sports at all different levels, anywhere from youth leagues to the NFL.

An opportunity has emerged to join and add value to GameBreaker Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing sports apparel and promotional material to satisfy customer orders and promotional demands. This includes communicating with managers, co-workers in our art department, sales representatives, and
customers.
Responsibilities of this exciting role include:
- Create and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns.
- Develop graphics for social media such as uniform reveals, email templates, banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
- Create and maintain brand assets, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
- Create and maintain collateral materials such as graphics and videos for sales reps and marketing.
- Design promotional materials and product packaging that align with marketing strategies.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and remain current.
- Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and revise designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor designs to ensure originality.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing materials and report on project impact.
- Work with customers to develop custom uniform and apparel designs.
Skills Required:
- Adobe Photoshop - Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not required.
- Artistic Sensibility - Knowledge about design elements such as color and composition is vital for graphic designers. Artistic ability and creativity are essential.
- Time Management - An ability to balance several projects at one time and complete them in a timely manner.
- Technical Skill - The graphic design position requires the technical skills to use design software programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Communication Ability - Sometimes known as visual communication, the graphic design position will require the ability to effectively present ideas - both verbally and visually. You'll need to be able to sell your ideas to clients and work with them to achieve the end product they are looking for.
- Video editing - Must have an ability to edit video into short clips to be used in marketing campaigns or social media promotions.
- 40 Hours a Week.
- Must have a strong passion for sports.
- Experience with sports graphics and athletic apparel.
