We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to be responsible for the sales process from beginning to end.
The successful candidate will be able to meet and exceed team sales goals as well as individual sales goals. The Retail Sales Representative will contribute to company’s mission by ensuring customers are happy, the workplace is clean and inviting them back, and the inventory is clean and properly organized.
Responsibilities
- Be the “face” of the store to customers through effective communication.
- Engage and meet customers where they are and provide information about products or services if able.
- Welcome customers when they arrive and remove obstacles to quality communication (i.e., shelves in the way of a shelf-researcher’s path).
- Maintain cleanliness of the retail space including sweeping, mopping and cleaning duties.
- Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate information about products or services to customers effectively
- Build relationships of trust with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including employees, vendors, clients, and community partners.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high-school diploma/GED equivalent.
- Must possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, team-building skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be reliable, dependable, and demonstrate initiative in various tasks.
- Must have flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
