Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes, including OSHA, NEC, and EHS standards
- Develop and implement safety programs to promote occupational health and minimize risk
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety or quality issues
- Manage workers compensation claims and ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones, budgets, and resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance management
- Familiarity with Workers Compensation processes and Occupational Health standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
