Role

Gantri is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the day to day needs of our customers digitally while working at our facilities in San Leandro or San Francisco. 

The ideal candidate is a proven brand steward with excellent communication skills. You will connect with new and returning customers across platforms to provide a great experience.  We're looking for individuals that have a passion for our mission to make great design accessible for all to enjoy.

• Respond to queries related to customer's orders. Escalate issues to specific teams if necessary.
• Ensure strong customer satisfaction across all channels and service response time.
• Proactively identify problems before they occur.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and policies to positively impact experience.
• Partner with our in-house production team regarding customer orders and inquiries.
• Provide support for our trade programs.
• As needed, you will provide support for the marketing or production team.

• Passionate about customers and design
• 2-3 years of previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Experience, or similar role
• Ability to prioritize and understand when things need to be escalated
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Experience with DTC or start up preferred
• Great interpersonal communication skills and effective problem solver
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Suite, Slack, and Asana
