Responsibilities
- Create and implement change management strategies, processes, and plans for our Enterprise Consulting engagements
- Work with key business leaders to invent and implement necessary change practices and ensure they are integrated as a standard way of working in our business
- Develop and apply a structured methodology to lead organization-wide transformation efforts
- Support communication efforts: complement content framework to design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders of change process
- Support training efforts: track training efforts and identify possible opportunities to track effectiveness of training efforts over time
Qualifications
- Graduate degree preferred
- 10 years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
- 5 years of experience in project management and resource management
- Prosci certification and Project Manager certification or equivalent
Skills Required
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
