Change Manager

Global management consulting firm Gap International, based in the Philadelphia area, is looking for a Change Management Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement change management strategies, processes, and plans for our Enterprise Consulting engagements
• Work with key business leaders to invent and implement necessary change practices and ensure they are integrated as a standard way of working in our business
• Develop and apply a structured methodology to lead organization-wide transformation efforts 
• Support communication efforts: complement content framework to design, development, delivery and management of communications
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders of change process
• Support training efforts: track training efforts and identify possible opportunities to track effectiveness of training efforts over time

Qualifications

• Graduate degree preferred
• 10 years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
• 5 years of experience in project management and resource management
• Prosci certification and Project Manager certification or equivalent

Skills Required

• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
