This role may require flexibility in work hours, with shifts typically running from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some Saturday shifts and occasional overtime may be necessary.


**Basic Qualifications:**


- **Passionate and Professional:**

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and maintain a neat appearance.

- **Safety First:**

Candidates must successfully pass a criminal background screening and drug test.

- **On The Road:**

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this role.

- **Authorized to Work:**

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

- **Team Player:**

The ability to work effectively in a team environment, showing respect for both customers and co-workers, is essential.

- **Physical Fitness:**

Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending.

- **Handy with Tools:**

Proficiency in operating power tools and following installation manuals is a must.


**Preferred Qualifications:**


- **Hands-On Experience:**

Previous experience in installing Epoxy floor coatings and assembling/installing cabinets is highly desired.

- **Recent OSHA Training:**

Having recent OSHA training is a definite plus.
