EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
About This Opportunity ….
The Executive Assistant supports the executive and divisional leadership team on various administrative and communicative tasks both professional and personal in nature. There will be opportunities to work with the sales team on special projects/presentations, store visits/shopping, as well as work on administrative tasks with our operations team. These added opportunities will allow the candidate to regularly acquire new business skills.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Domestic and international travel arrangements
- Calendar management (business and personal matters)
- Support key executives in critical ongoing projects and personal tasks
- Travel and expense accounting and submission for processing
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with customer-related matters (website inquiries/complaints)
- Coordinate divisional catering needs for social events and client meetings
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree required
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills with the ability to communicate with various levels of management and outside parties
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment
- Strategic and proactive thinker with a high degree of common sense and attention to detail
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills a must
- Sense of urgency, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to flawlessly coordinate multiple work activities and/or projects, while meeting deadlines.
- Must be a team player, but also can operate independently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, etc.) is a plus
- SAP Concur experience a plus
- Ability to deal with and protect confidential/proprietary information
- Must be able to report to the New York City office daily as needed, but there will occasional days that can be worked remotely as advised by management

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
