Website Support Specialist

We are seeking an entry-level, detail-oriented and technically skilled Website Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our websites function seamlessly, providing support to our dealership partners, updating staff information on websites, gathering and analyzing data, assisting in automation and API integrations, managing email data and sending, and conducting mystery shops to evaluate competitor dealership websites.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular website checks to ensure functionality and identify any issues or areas for improvement.

• Manage helpdesk tickets from dealership partners, addressing their website-related queries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Update staff information, content, and listings on websites as needed, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Pull and gather data from various sources, and analyze it to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Assist Dev Team in implementing automations and API integrations to streamline website processes and enhance user experience.
• Assist Marketing Team to manage email data, including segmentation, scheduling, and sending of targeted email campaigns.
• Conduct mystery shops on competitor dealership websites to evaluate pricing, lead handling, website usability, and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website support aligns with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to website management and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.

“Nice To Haves” / But Not Required

• Experience in website management, support, or related roles.
• Familiarity with website development platforms, content management systems (CMS), and web analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, data management tools, and CRM systems.
• Experience with automations, API integrations, and basic programming languages is a plus.
