Garcia Roofing & Sheet Metal is looking for a self-motivated, energetic, customer oriented, hardworking individual who is willing to help grow the business while presenting and communicating effectively and professionally.
Summary:
Our Lead Generator is responsible for generating highly qualified leads through Door-to-Door canvassing. Your job will be to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation inspection for future home roofing needs. It is the responsibility of the canvasser to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers and to represent Garcia Roofing with enthusiasm and professionalism. There is no experience needed as training, marketing materials, company apparel, & pre-selected neighborhoods are provided to you. We offer ongoing training and support to ensure your success.
Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Create leads by knocking doors 3pm-7pm on weekdays and 9am-5pm on Saturdays
Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed
Create business by getting customer referrals
Create and maintain accurate and detailed customer records in company CRM system
Be Courteous, Neat, Clean and in proper uniform always
Must be willing to work outdoors in any season
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or higher
Must have a Driver’s License and good driving record
Strong Verbal Communication Skills
Goal oriented and Self-Motivated
Door to Door Sales Experience is a Plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Customer oriented
Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
