At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important, so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Las Vegas!
Compensation: 17.85 / HR
Shift: Swing: 1500 to 2300: Thursday to Sunday & Tuesday.

- You provide critical access control ensuring safety of residents, guests, and employees.
- You are proficient with communication, via electronics, written, or in person.
- You perform regular foot patrols inside and outside facility.
- You have Stick shift experience so that you can park any car when asked.
- You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- That you are physically able to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- You will also be asked to cover for any Team Members, during their break times.
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
- You're able to walk, sit, or stand throughout your shift.
- You have attention to detail, and high work ethic.
- You have outstanding people skills.
- You have at least 1 year of security experience or have a Military/Law Enforcement background.
- You have a valid PILB in hand.
- You have a current DL and clean driving record.
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You can work assigned schedule, as needed.
- You have PROFESSIONAL grooming standards.
- You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
