At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Boron, CA:

Compensation: $17.68 / hour
Shift: 32 - 40 hours / week
1. Sunday - Wednesday / 1:30pm - 10:00pm
2. Friday - Tuesday / 5:30am - 2:00pm
3. TEMPORARY: Thursday - Sunday / 1:30pm - 10:00pm

About the job:
  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
  • You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You provide access control to vehicle entering/exiting the facility.
  • You patrol on foot/vehicle as needed.
  • You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Your background:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
  • YYou have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
