Security Officer Entry Level Nights – Now Hiring!

• Springfield, MO

Starting Compensation: $12.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-12:00am
Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday (2nd Shift)

About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in situations.
• You’re good at reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Vehicle patrols during shift hours (company vehicle provided).
• Routine foot patrols inside and outside.
• Console lobby responsibilities.
• Roving responsibilities acting as a deterrent and proactively addressing security issues.
• Other security duties as assigned.
• On-the-job training provided.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
• You’re able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be physically capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs.
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions when needed.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills/experience.
• Ability to de-escalate stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (GARDAWORLD will help to obtain).
