Position Overview :

This role ensures our nuggets are hand-cut, prepared and cooked to perfection everyday.
Responsibilities :
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to sanitation standards and safety regulations.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, and execute daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep them in good working order.
This role requires an early morning start; shifts are scheduled to begin before dawn to prep the nuggets for the day. The entire daily batch must be done and with the kitchen cleaned up before regular operating hours begin.
Execute nugget prep in accordance with our top secret standard recipe, ensuring consistency and high standards of taste and presentation for every batch.
Handle raw chicken with the utmost care and safety; adhering to proper food handling procedures as well as logging temperatures throughout the cooking process.
Collaborate with BOH team to uphold a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Proven experience as a prep cook or similar role.
- Proficient knowledge of food safety procedures and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team-oriented, fast-paced work environment.
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high culinary standards.
- You have the ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently while twisting, reaching, and bending.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and early mornings.
