Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple dental offices to help review revenue targets and assist with account receivables
- Work closely with each office to develop and implement plans that meet revenue and budget objectives while ensuring compliance with operational standards
- Ensure that offices adhere to professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial trend data and balance operational costs to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Recruit, hire, and develop Practice Managers. Provide coaching, conduct performance appraisals, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Maintain open lines of communication with Office and Dental leadership to ensure they have the necessary support for success
- Leverage market advertising, marketing, and sales strategies to maximize each office's advantage
- Engage with Dentists and office staff to build strong relationships while supporting and ensuring their success
What we need from you:
- Minimum of 4 years of successful dental management experience with multiple locations, budgets, and P&L responsibilities
- Proven track record of identifying, selecting, developing, and retaining talent in a dental practice setting
- Working knowledge of Open Dental Software
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly between dental offices in the Tampa, FL area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
