As a Associate Sales Representative, you will deliver value to building owners, health care facilities, and municipalities by understanding their building needs and creating unique solutions in order to improve building performance. This is a developmental role based on success where you will have the opportunity to move into a full sales position in approximately 12 ‐18 months depending on your results. In this role, you will acquire an in‐depth understanding of energy efficiency, building wellbeing, and how Gardiner delivers superior solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify and establish relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with experienced sales representatives to develop Building Wellness and Energy Solutions are delivered to the client.
- Facilitate the assembly of comprehensive proposals, which include technical, financial, and cost saving details of the solution.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of successful sales experience
• Proven ability to form strong relationships as a resource and trusted partner with clients
