Gargar Urgent Care & Clinic is a leading healthcare provider in Minneapolis, MN. We have provided healthcare to underserved communities for over a decade. At GUCC we pride ourselves on assisting our community members and their families with their healthcare needs.

We are seeking a Medical Records Technician to join our team of providers. This is a part time position working during our hours of operation 3 days a week.

Mon, Wed, Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical records, medical terminology, and medical office procedures.

**Duties:**

- Maintain and update patient medical records

-Uploading patient records and results into their medical chart

-Electonically submitting medical records and audit requests

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a medical setting preferred

- Proficiency in medical terminology

-Familiararity with Practice Fusion or other EHR systems

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

-Bilingual Somali Speaker preferred
