We are seeking a full-time Aviation Services Coordinator in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers through timely and accurate access and billing administration of all Garmin Aviation Services, including Service Contracts, Premium Online Services, Subscriptions, and Special Programs.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions
- Ensure warranty and service programs are handled in compliance with company standards and legal requirements
- Ensure timely services setup to Garmin Services as ordered by customer, including but not limited to: Premium Online Services, Subscriptions, Service Contracts, and Special Programs
- Support resolution of billing disputes with regards to Garmin Aviation Services
- Bill for Garmin Aviation Services, organize/review warranty claims, enter registration applications/amendments, and monitor/administer the loaner parts program
- Answer complex customer inquiries and requests regarding services, orders, and pricing
- Process RMA requests in fulfillment of Service Contracts and communicate status with customer
- Resolve exceptions in self-service workflows for Garmin Aviation Services
- Collect data on FBO Fuel Pricing and other data in support of customer facing services
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Demonstrated proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- Must be detail-oriented, have the ability to work proactively/effectively with minimal supervision, and prioritize/multi-task in flexible, fast paced and challenging environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in warranty processing and administration
- Previous customer support experience
- Previous billing administration experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate 24/7 customer service support operation
