Responsibilities
Responsible for coordination, status reporting, and stability of Innovation oriented work effort, establishing and implementing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet assigned expectations. This position develops/defines, publishes, and executes project plans including SOW/MOUs, work plans, and schedules, budgets, and deliverables/responsibility matrices. Coaches staff on project management methodologies.
A key responsibility is to improve decision-making on projects, and ensure that metrics related to ROI are leveraged in decision making process. Further responsibilities include balancing schedules, scope, and budget; renegotiating with sponsor as necessary; and performing variance analysis. Serves as liaison and representative to Garnet Health’s clinical and business partners, workgroups, and committees. Ensures that project dashboards are updated and champions the department’s mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum Experience: Five (5) years related experience or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience while working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
Required Certification/Registration:
- PMP or CAPM or equivalent (preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) Certification within 1.5 years of hire

Possesses critical thinking, analytical skills and flexibility. Ability to multi-task. Required detailed attention to work in an environment where interruptions cannot be controlled. May be subject to irregular hours including evenings, on-call rotation or potentially weekends to participate in operational and community events as necessary.
