Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate and shoe repair associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

- Able to work Saturdays

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of store operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a bonus
- Ability to sell and promote products effectively
- Familiarity with technology sales, such as wireless devices, is desirable
- Experience operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
