Position: Secretary

Job Description:

We are a family owned Automotive repair facility looking for a part time secretary. Responsibilities will include inputting data into quickbooks, daily deposits, balancing check book, communication with accountant, mailing statements, accounts receivable and payable.

Hours are flexible however must be fairly regular. Expected work time is 2-4 hours per day however you do not need to be there every day if there is a day or two per week that you cannot work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
