GREAT OPPORTUNITY -The Manager is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. The manager supports all all-store activities, such as ordering, merchandising, maintaining department conditions, and training department clerks.

Some Essential and Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

· Assist with interviewing, training, scheduling, performance, and productivity of all department team members

· Support with communication of information distribution to the entire staff

· Responsible for maintaining a positive atmosphere, spirit, and morale within the store

· Demonstrate effective leadership skills by managing time and delegation

· Maintain stock levels. Keep the shelves full of ad merchandise and items kept in back stock

· Maintains 100% total customer focus with all team members

· Is available to respond to all store situation in a timely basis

Some Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:

  • Minimum of three (3) year retail management experience.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Perform all otherphical aspects of the job including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, and walking
  • Ability to work at fast-paced, but efficient and controlled manner
  • Must possess technical skills to perform basic math and computer tasks (Word,Excel, and Email)
  • Ability to work a communicate with all levels of management and subordinates in a professional manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
