Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Solidworks CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision design and the ability to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions within the realm of fluid handling equipment while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

· Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D drawings and designs using Solidworks CAD software.

· Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings by reviewing designs for errors and discrepancies.

· Prepare drawings and documentation for review and approval by project stakeholders.

· Assist in the development and implementation of design standards and best practices.

· Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CAD technology.

· Assist in the creation of technical documentation and assembly instructions.

Requirements:

· Vocational School Certificate, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, drafting, or related field.

· 1 years of previous experience in CAD drafting.

· Knowledge in Solidworks or related CAD software.

· Strong understanding of drafting principles and techniques.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Associate’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, drafting, or related field.

· Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the fluid handling equipment or related fields.

· Proficiency in Solidworks CAD and Solidworks PDM software.

· Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.

· Knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) concepts.
