Gastroenterology of the Rockies is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as a Call Center Manager. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for helping others and who is wanting to be apart of our growing practice. With eight office locations and 5 ASC's throughout Boulder County and the greater Denver Metro area, Gastroenterology of the Rockies is continuing to expand their service area. Our call center is located in Louisville and serves as the scheduling hub for the entire practice.
We are seeking a qualified Call Center Manager to join our distinguished team. We are looking for someone who has a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude and can juggle multiple tasks at once. The right candidate will motivate and coach staff to provide top customer service to our patients, referring providers and network partners. You will be working with other departmental managers to make process improvements, maintaining open communication with the physician partners and upper management, managing vendors, and fostering employee growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee multiple departments: Patients schedulers, medical records, operators and a referral specialist.
Responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of staff and on-boarding employees including recruiting, orienting, training, and coaching.
Monitor individual performance objectives, contributions and KPI's to meet department standards.
Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures, training material and process improvements.
Responsible for handling patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Regularly meets with staff to provide feedback and guidance on their individual performance.
Participates in management meetings and makes sure the call center is aligned with other departments and practice as a whole.
Overall coordination of call center operations to meet the goals and objectives of the practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
2+ years management experience of 15+ staff members
Has a high level attention to detail and accuracy
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Is flexible and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Demonstrates a positive example of professionalism, teamwork and leadership
Has intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Call center management experience
Gastroenterology or healthcare experience
Experience managing multiple departments
Bachelor's degree
