Job Description
1. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
2. Arrive to work on time, consistently.
3. Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
4. Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
5. Attend all required training and safety courses, along with office and departmental meetings.
6. Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
7. Learn and follow all set sanitation and safety procedures.
8. Check overall presentation of dining room, to include, lighting, music level, tables, chairs and floor.
9. Greet and seat all members and guests, with a smile and using their names.
10. When seating guests and members, pull chairs out for ladies and place a menu in front of each.
11. Distribute “covers” evenly among servers.
12. Periodically check dining room entrance and clean as necessary to include, ashtrays and trash on floor.
13. Assist servers as much as possible, without leaving the door unattended for any length of time.
14. Perform other jobs that will assist in quality member and guest service as assigned by Captain and Food Service Director.
