WHAT TO EXPECT
Key responsibilities:
- Manage month-end close, including preparation/coordination of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate & prepare month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial reports (traditional & flex models)
- Oversee annual cost roll process (reviewing standard cost)
- Preparing and Reviewing Budgets, Forecast and Bridges and speak to any variances.
- Assist local Engineering/Operations with capital projects approval requests.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, Sox, and other corporate policies.
- Providing financial information to internal and external auditors.
- Coordinate local product costing and fixed asset management.
- Controlling spending to avoid variances and promoting the identification and implementation of saving projects.
- Improve and Control working capital.
- Ensuring the compliance of all tax and legal regulations for all 7 manufacturing sites.
ABOUT YOU
- 5 years of Manufacturing Accounting experience overseeing Operational Accounting across multiple site locations, or 3 years with a single site.
- Bachelor's degree in finance and/or Accounting required.
- Progressive experience with product cost accounting
- Strong skillset with Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, SQL Queries)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize resources and project timelines
- Strong English written and verbal communication, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player: proactively able to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all key functions; builds collaborative relationships.
- Prior experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, CMS, etc.).
- Ability to travel 35-50% to domestic and international locations.
- Excited to work in the office with great teammates.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
PAY & BENEFITS
- Full-Time
- Salary: $105,000 - $140,000
- Bonus Eligible
- Relocation is provided

- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
