WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Brandon, SD plant, you will be a Scheduler.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
- Review customer demand through CMS to determine what product will be needed to released.
- Release load based upon constraints and customer priorities.
- Review orders in CMS as needed to prioritize production for changes in customer demand.
- Maintain CMS system to approve and release orders as needed.
- Create a 24 hour firm schedule using scheduler tool.
- Interact with CSR"s as needed to respond to customer requests.
- Maintain service level while meeting goals for inventory value and inventory health.
- Monitor and cleanup systems to maintain order integrity.
- Cross train with customer service/shipping to provide backup coverage (includes daily OEM customer activities).
ABOUT YOU
- 2 years of manufacturing scheduling/customer service experience
- Understanding of capacity and inventory planning methods
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Experience in partnering with customers to develop understanding of demand and
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to influence and coach as needed to minimize any issues with meeting demand plan
- Demonstrated understanding of inventory management
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- High school graduate required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
