The Growth Hacker we hire needs to be the Swiss army knife of our technology operations.
This person needs to be someone who understands how computers work—know the concepts of coding and how things work behind the screen, strong sense of analytics and ability to think through data how to use it, how to turn on/setup/manage a router or when to call a professional if not, how to think through/build and deploy SEO strategies, etc. At the core, this person needs to be capable of overseeing the ever-evolving to-do list that is our technology operations. This person is not expected to be proficient in every area but must be willing to learn. You will be surrounded by SEO, web development and digital experts so don't fear needing to know every little detail.
As a core member of our team, you’ll work cross-functionally with other members of the leadership team to help scope upcoming projects, define the most efficient strategy to achieve key objectives, and manage a technical team to success as we build new experiences, improve existing products and services, and develop proprietary software to power Omaha’s top comprehensive automotive service center.
This is a full-time, on-site position with room for hybrid flexibility 1-2 days per week, depending on the company’s needs that week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with management to discuss current and new technologies.
- Enthusiasm to learn and explore the potential value of new technologies throughout each department of our business.
- Strong project coordination skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional experience and knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and how to manage digital operations
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams in other business units
- Become an advocate for modern technology adoption by helping to train other internal members, demonstrate the value of your work and collaboratively define a vision of the future.
- Grow both technically and professionally in an awesome environment with lots of freedom and plenty of room to push the limits of modern technologies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data
- Experience teaching teams and guiding them to success
- Familiarity with No Code solutions such as Webflow, Airtable, Zapier, and others
- A constant desire to grow, learn and explore new things
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues across different functional units and locations.
