Property Manager
Gateway Management is currently seeking a Property Manager for our Cottage Park McAlester and Katy Station Apartments located in McAlester, OK. This position is responsible for managing daily operations for both properties. Both properties combined has a total of 92 units. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general administration, compliance, maintenance of the property, and management of employees to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community.
Requirements – Two years of previous property management experience with tax credit/LIHTC experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Must have strong computer skills, Onesite experience a plus. Ideal candidate for this position will be extremely professional and have great communication skills.
