Kiliuda Consulting LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for a Secretary to support the overall operational objectives of the Women’s Malignancies Branch (WMB), Center for Cancer Research, National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD
Responsibilities:
- Prepare appointment, termination, travel, procurement, and other packages
- Perform time keeping duties
- Meet with the Branch/PI and AOs and provide updates as requested
- Assist Branch and staff with administrative tasks
- Plan and coordinate meetings
- Provide meeting minutes and agendas
- Coordinate and organize documents and write ups for Site Visits
- Assist the branch chief with Site Visit preparation
- Coordinate meetings between staff and clinicians involved with Site Visits
- Coordinate with CCR leadership to ensure WMB is properly prepared for Site Visits
- Relay information from the CCR to WMB staff regarding Site Visits
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Bachelor’s Degree or Two years of specialized Secretary experience
- Strong MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Outlook) skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, Interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Experience with taking meeting minutes
