What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Manager position at GatorStep, LLC?
GatorStep is a healthy, rapidly growing company in the boating industry. We are seeking a candidate to support our night shift in a management role.
Because of our rapid growth, we are adding a fourth shift to production. This management role will begin as three twelve hour shifts Mon-Wed 5PM-5:30AM, then will move to Monday-Friday (time TBD, but will be around 8PM-4:30AM).
Candidate will need to have:
*Supervisor/management background in production.
*Knowledge of CNC machine operations
*Knowledge of packing and shipping operations
*Computer skills
*Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
