PPC Specialist
Gatorworks is hiring another team member in our rapidly growing Digital Marketing Department. We are seeking a candidate who can drive traffic and conversions efficiently while strategically positioning clients.
You will be tasked with helping clients improve their online marketing outcomes through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other systems. We’re looking for people who are passionate about digital marketing and want to learn something new daily.
This position can be in-house, hybrid, or fully remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Building and managing Pay-Per-Click (Google Ads, social media ads, etc) campaigns and accounts
- Pacing of Pay-Per-Click budgets
- Building and managing landing pages for campaigns
- Optimizing and troubleshooting Pay-Per-Click campaigns
- Resolving questions/concerns from clients related to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, Linkedin Ads, etc.
- Building campaigns and audiences for Meta (Facebook) Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Implementing conversion tracking for Google Ads and other Pay-Per-Click systems
- Conversion rate optimization for priority clients
- Reporting on Pay-Per-Click implementation, optimization, and results
- Providing strategic input to Account Managers as needed
- Provide support to other areas of Digital Marketing as needed (ie. social media copy, PPC copy, emails, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working in the digital marketing industry and understanding of client business needs.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Pay-Per-Click.
- Associate or Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, digital advertising, or related field.
- Superior organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Proven experience formulating and driving successful digital strategy or digital advertising plans.
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with experience working with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to identify, articulate, and defend insights and recommendations to our digital marketing team.
- Aptitude for uncovering and analyzing clients’ spoken and unspoken goals and needs.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
Bonus Points:
- Proficient in creating, interpreting, researching, and using insights from Google Analytics.
- Skill with email marketing, social media marketing, and/or content marketing.
- Google Analytics GA4, Google Ads, Hubspot, or related certifications.
