GATR Truck Center is seeking to hire a full-time Body Shop Combo Technician in our SAUK RAPIDS MN location to perform Heavy/Medium/Light Equipment body work. The emphasis for this position will be body repairs with the ability to paint as needed. We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. PRIMARY DUTIES WILL CONSIST OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Disassembles and reassembles fabricated truck and trailer parts
- Identifies components that need new parts or need to be replaced and places orders as necessary
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and repair procedures within the Heavy Truck Industry
- Relies on instructions, pre-established guidelines, and technical manuals to perform the functions of the job (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of painting techniques. Ability to operate a spray painter to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and fiberglass products
- Works under immediate supervision

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Driving Record Insurable by Company Carrier
- CDL certification preferred
- 1-3 Years Experience Preferred
