Retails Sales Associate: Your Opportunity
To provide customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to increase the brand loyalty by communicating as “Gaudie ambassador" the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of Retail, sales and/or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills; Ability to connect & communicate with customers & co-workers
- A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
- Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome will stand out
- Strong problem solving skills, a positive attitude and team player mindset
- Top-notch organization skills and attention to detail
- A plus to have basic computer skills and social media knowledge (instagram/tiktok/pinterest)
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
- Capable of working a minimum of two Saturdays a month
- Black Friday, everyone is REQUIRED to work by all employees
How you will contribute
- Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products
- Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment;
- Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Gaudie visual standards
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and policies)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Contribute to the daily operations of the store, by maintaining a neat and organized understock and stock room
- Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and/or personalities and put always the customers at ease
- Give advices to customers on general trends
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential ones
- Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions
- Ensure the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
- Advises our customers during the buying journey.
- Presents new collections using brand standards.
- As the visible face of the brand follows company values.
- Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.
