These team members are responsible for providing excellent dental care while performing various office, clinical, and laboratory duties. These include communicating with patients, working directly with the dentist, taking xrays, performing expanded duty functions (based on experience), and sterilization.

Position Hours:

  • Full Time with competitive pay based on experience.
  • Four full business work days - 30-32 hours (no weekends).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Current certification and licensing (including x-rays)
  • Ability to complete expanded duty functions (preferred, but not required)
  • Working knowledge and experience of a dental office
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
  • Honest, loyal, hard-working, organized, and efficient
  • Team player
  • Dependable, committed, and reliable
  • Self-motivated and able to work at times without direct supervision

Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and assisting services to the dentist
  • Completing expanded duty restorations (based on experience)
  • Taking x-rays and basic laboratory tasks
  • Developing positive and professional relationships with patients
  • Clean and sterilize instruments
  • Operatory preparation and clean up
  • Helping maintain office organization and efficiency
  • Working alongside the dentist and staff to grow the practice and provide the best patient treatment possible
