JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Cleaner
REPORTS TO: Operations Supervisor
JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the safety and cleanliness of 43 Old colony Ave. Quincy
III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Work as part of a team with the operations supervisor,
2. Keep building up to code.
3. Snow and debris removal from sidewalks and gutters.
4. Ensure adequate cleaning supplies and equipment.
5. Ensure grease traps, floor drains are cleaned out and maintained adequately.
6. Set up program equipment as needed.
7. Ensure routine trash removal and ensure clean dumpster area.
8. Mop, sweep and vacuum floors
9. Ensure stairways are clean and safe
10. Ensure cleanliness of bathrooms
*any other tasks assigned by supervisor*
IV. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
1) Must be able to lift 50 –100 lbs.
2) Good human relations skills.
