We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Dining Server (Resident Service Assistant) who has experience or who does not as we are able to train the right candidate. This is a great first step for those looking to enter the healthcare industry.
This position has primary responsibility for completing delegated tasks associated with the hospitality programming needs of the residents, including but not limited to:
- Set or reset dining room tables.
- Greet residents in the dining room and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Review the menu with residents and present any special items of the day.
- Retrieve food orders from kitchen and complete plate preparation as specified on plate garnishment/presentation guidelines.
- Serve complete meal to all residents in the dining room in a timely fashion
- Perform side work correctly as assigned according to the side work procedure guidelines and to the level required on the sanitation checklist.
- Track resident meals.
The minimum requirements of the position are:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have or willing to have current Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Must be or willing to be Serv-Safe certified.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
